1 How to optimize the clearing curve?


Answer: Optimizing the clearing curve is a long-term process. The basic method is: first, roughly set a more appropriate clearing curve according to the basic situation of the yarn produced by the factory; secondly, through the defect catching function of the electric cleaning and the classification matrix, Scatter graph and customer feedback information, with the auxiliary point function of the clearing curve, adjust the electric cleaning process; then repeat the above steps as needed until the electric cleaning process is optimized.


The ideal optimization curve standard: all harmful yarn defects and harmful foreign fiber yarn defects are detected and removed, few or no harmless yarn defects and foreign fiber yarn defects are detected and removed, and the efficiency loss caused by yarn clearing is maintained The smallest.




2 What is the concept of systematic yarn cutting?


Answer: There are several main reasons for yarn cutting in the system. The Luofei control box will continuously detect the connected electric cleaning to check whether there is a problem with the software and hardware of each single spindle, and there is a deviation in the spindle. When it is necessary to perform self-adjustment, it will order the electric cleaning to activate the system to cut yarn. Each time the yarn is cleared and cut, the inspection slot will be tuned and cleared. So that the detection of the spun yarn that continues to be wound will not cause sensitivity variation due to the contamination of the yarn path.


To give another example, after self-parameter setting, if the spun yarn splicing is completed, the foreign fiber cutting will happen immediately in the default length, and it will happen continuously 2 or 3 times, 4 times... which is set by yourself. Luo Fei can set and say (of course, you can also cancel the setting), the probability of this continuous occurrence of foreign fibers is too low, it may be the color of the raw cotton or the gray level change. It is necessary to re-sampling to compensate for the changed chromatic aberration, so a systematic yarn cut is produced for adjustment. 3 When warping and rewinding, the ends of the yarn are broken due to thread or messy yarn. How does it occur on the winding?


Answer: 1. The yarn waste ejected during the splicing of adjacent spindles (when the suction nozzle is blocked) directly floats into the winding position after the yarn clearer;


2. When the traveling fan blows by, blow up some yarn ends in front or behind the machine to be attached;


3. The yarn end of the fallen package is brought in by the spinning package. Generally, this situation occurs when the yarn receiver does not receive the yarn in time and there are more piles in the back;


4. The stopper did not break the thread of the last package when doffing;


5. The end of the yarn left during the doffing and spinning (for the jointing of the warping machine or knitting machine when the paper tube is wound two to three times) is too long or loose and broken and attached;


6. The operation method of doffing is wrong, the yarn end crosses the big end of the paper tube, and the warping stopper finds the thread end to break the cross yarn end when the warping stopper joins, and the other half becomes the silk rewind and is clamped in the cheese yarn;


7. The brake device of the spindle is not good, and the head cannot be raised or stopped in time, which makes the yarn end difficult to find. 8. Even if the spindle problem of point 7 does not exist, it is most likely to find the phenomenon of chaos when spinning high count yarn, especially when the yarn tension is loose for multiple consecutive times (or mechanical reasons, or bobbin reasons; Cause multiple consecutive joints);


9. The gap between the big suction nozzle or the spinning hook and the package is not good, causing the phenomenon of yarn grinding.




4 How to set the twisting parameters, untwisting code and twisting code when making 16-70D spandex core-spun yarn on 338? When we made the 16-70D, the setting was 6 457. The knots of a single single spindle looked pretty good, and the strength was sloppy. The problem came when the whole car was made of this variety, and its efficiency was only 58%. The number of repeated knots reaches 150%. How can the experts solve this problem? Do you want to change the knots, such as untwisting the tube, twisting the knot, and so on. Do you want to change other parameters in the computer? The zigzag untwisting tube we use is DZ3/16.1E.


Answer: If the effect of knotting on a single spindle of the winder is okay, but the whole machine is not so good, first of all, you should consider whether the pressure of the air supply can meet the standard, especially the actual air pressure on the single spindle, generally The air pressure of the whole car can be seen on the barometer at the front of the car, but the air pressure of the last spindle is invisible. You can analyze it from the sound of each spindle. There is also whether the mechanical action is well coordinated, and whether the yarn cutting and pressing action is in place. Generally speaking, the electronic control can achieve the consistency of the whole machine, but the mechanical use time is longer, the deviation is more likely to occur. The specific situation can be observed on the car. When the air pressure and mechanical problems are guaranteed to be correct, then consider the process indicators and splicing blocks. Generally, the untwisting effect of the untwisting tube with teeth should be relatively good. If you feel that the strength is not good, you can also check the untwisting effect first. Please remove the twist agglomeration and let it untwist purely. After untwisting, the state of untwisting can be determined by adjusting the air pressure and the air jet angle of the untwisting pipe. If there are other types of splicing blocks, you can also try the effects of different splicing blocks after all the above items are completed. Another thing to pay attention to is whether the tightness of the yarn pressing board is good.




5 How to solve the problem of net yarn on the automatic winder?


Answer: The following parts should be checked for the phenomenon of net yarn and disordered yarn layer on the self-winding package:


1. Whether the distance between the big suction nozzle and the tube is less than 6mm (when the tube is 100mm at the small end);


2. Whether the suction negative pressure is greater than 42, try to adjust it to 38 (too small to suck the yarn);


3. Whether there are burrs or grooving at the suction mouth of the large suction nozzle that cause the yarn to enter the twister channel smoothly when the knot is knotted, and the knotting fails, and the knotting is repeated;


4. The yarn pressing rod is deformed, and the yarn is not fed into the yarn clamping plate of the knotting device during the knotting operation, which causes knotting defects, which is cut by electric cleaning or cannot be knotted, the knotting fails, and the knotting is repeated;


5. Check whether the knotting quality is qualified. Unqualified knots will be removed through the electrical clearing channel and the knot will fail, and the knot will be knotted repeatedly;


6. Whether the humidity in the workshop is too low, the humidity in the viscose raw material workshop should be greater than 65%;


7. Check if there is any wire loop hanging on the tension plate;


8. Whether the tension is adjusted reasonably;


9. The tension is sometimes absent, sometimes large and sometimes small;


10. The angle between the plane of the tube and the plane of the grooved tube changes.
